Ways to use it in class

• Circle time: show a letter card and say the sound together.
• Small groups: count objects together and tap each one.
• Centers: let children explore cards and play five-question games.
• Transitions: “Find something in the room that is this shape.”

Classroom mode: one device, the whole class

• Add up to 30 learners at once by typing or pasting their first names.
• Children start by tapping their own picture on the “Who’s learning?” screen, then tap “I’m done” for the next child.
• The app goes back to the picture screen on its own after a few minutes with no taps.
• Teacher settings and class progress sit behind a 4-digit teacher PIN.
• Class progress shows each child’s cards explored, games, first-try answers, and the cards to practice together. Print it or save it as a spreadsheet.

Simple and private

Learner names, photos, and progress stay in the browser on that device. There is no sign-up, no advertising, and no tracking, and nothing about the class is sent to us. A class backup file can move the class to another device.

What children practice

• Letter names, letter sounds, and short and long vowels.
• Counting real objects from 1 to 20, and numbers to 50.
• Shapes and colors, and first words with Flip & Spell and Sound it out.
