Terms of Service

These terms apply to the ME App learning app and the ME Cards website (together, the "Services"), provided by My Education Learning Program Inc. ("we," "us"). By using the Services, you agree to these terms.

Who may use the Services

The Services are meant for parents, caregivers, and educators to use with young children. A grown-up should set up the app and supervise a child's use, including any use of the camera.

Your content

Names, photos, and progress you add in the ME App and in ME Cards previews stay on your device and remain yours. We do not receive this content unless you preorder ME Cards. You are responsible for having permission to use any photo you add.

Our content

The ME App, ME Cards, the My Education Learning Program name and apple logo, card designs, curriculum, artwork, and voice recordings belong to My Education Learning Program Inc. and are protected by law. You may use them for personal, non-commercial learning at home or in the classroom. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without written permission.

Previews on the ME Cards page show how personalized cards could look. A preview is not an order.

ME Cards preorders

A personalized ME Cards pack has 92 paper cards (88 learning cards and 4 guide cards) and costs $24.99, plus $8.95 shipping by USPS Ground Advantage. We ship to U.S. addresses only. There is no local pickup. Stripe processes payments.

Photo and consent. Only a child's parent or legal guardian may place an order. By checking the consent box, you confirm that you are, that you have the right to use the photo, and that you give us permission to use the photo and first name to print your child's cards. We use them only for your order, as our Privacy Policy describes. We may decline a photo that is unsuitable for print or for children.

Proof and approval. After payment, we email you a proof of your child's intro card and a sample letter card. Please check the photo and the spelling of the name. We print only after you approve the proof. You can ask for changes before approving, and we will send a new proof. Once you approve, your cards go to print as shown in the proof and can no longer be changed.

Shipping. Packs ship 7 to 10 business days after you approve your proof. Counting starts on the next business day, and weekends and U.S. federal holidays are skipped. We email you the tracking number. Delivery times after shipping are set by USPS and are estimates. Any holiday cutoff dates we show are estimates, not guarantees.

Cancellations and refunds. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before you approve your proof. Because each pack is made for your child, we cannot accept returns after approval. If your pack arrives damaged or misprinted, or does not match the approved proof, email us within 14 days with a photo, and we will reprint it or refund you.

Learning outcomes

The Services support early learning at home. They are not a substitute for professional educational, medical, or developmental advice, and we do not promise specific learning results.

Availability and disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available." Features such as audio, camera, downloads, and printing depend on your browser and device. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Services.

Changes

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Continued use after an update means you accept the new terms.
