Why a familiar face helps
Young children pay attention to faces, especially their own and their family’s. Seeing their photo and name on every card turns practice into something personal, and it gives grown-ups an easy way to start: “Look, it’s you! A is for apple.”
Hear every card read aloud
The free ME App has the same letters, numbers, shapes, and colors, read aloud in a warm recorded voice. Use the paper cards at the table and the app on a phone or tablet.
